Prashant is a 15 year veteran of the IT industry, with an extensive, career-long experience in leading Software Development Projects, using Agile as a primary method. He’s been responsible for providing coaching mentoring services to prominent organizations and businesses , in order to produce business outcomes like quality, value and continuous flow.

He possesses a passion for passing knowledge to the teams he works with, and the power of collective team efforts towards building great things. As an Agile coach, he’s been able to identify, develop, use and communicate Agile tools and techniques to increase transparency and quality,maintain and promote continuous improvement initiatives, design Success Matrix to measure overall performance and groom new, potential leaders.

A certified Scrum Master, he also has extensive experience building self organizing teams across various industries throughout the years.
