Ajay Jain has 15+ years of diversified experience on various technologies, including managing Global Software Product Development, Application Development , and Support (Service Delivery L1-L3) & Data Analytics (BI Tools such as Mede, BINextGen) teams on various development technologies /methodologies such as Microsoft full stack, Hadoop (HBase), Cloud Cloud(Azure), SOA, Watson(AI) , RPA Automation, Service +, Service Now

Currently operating as General Manager-Technology at R1 RCM (Accretive Health), where he's responsible for managing end-to-end RCM (Revenue Cycle Management- US Healthcare Domain), PAS technology Product Development and Application Support & development (L2-L3) with 100 + software professionals (Dev, QA, BA, SM , Technical Leads, Team Leads and Managers). He’s responsible for handling multiple Agile Teams while managing Business and Stakeholders expectations ,definitions and Strategy Planning.

He's also worked with Senior Leadership(C-Level) India/US, has helped in Unifying People Management, Global Program Management, Process and technologies to innovate and reach defined Strategic Vision. He possesses diversified domain knowledge in areas such as US Health Care, US Election Management, FMCG, Retail (POS), Business Process, CRM, among others. He’s previously worked prestigious organizations like HCL Technologies, Codex, PepsiCo India, Saber Corporation.
