Harsha Vardhan currently operates as the IT Director of United Health Group and possesses over 18+ years of learning experience of P&L leadership, Technology delivery leadership, Re-engineering, Agile and Digital Transformation in Banking and Healthcare industry across diversified global teams.

In his current role, he is responsible for Digital Development and Analytics. He is an Agile evangelist, having helped build product development organization and successfully implement Scaled Agile in distributed teams. Harsha has also worked with Tata Consultancy Services Ltd and Ford Technologies and their diversified culture teams in North America, Latin America, Ireland and The Philippines.
