Rishi is focused on coaching/training teams and executives in successfully leading Agile/Lean transformations. Practical in-depth understanding of SAFe, Kanban, Scrum Framework, eXtreme Programming (XP), Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Disciplined Agile. Overall 17 years of experience and is well versed in managing enterprise projects using Agile methodologies & Lean portfolio management.

He's a certified SAFe Program Consultant 9SPC), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). He's delivered Agile Trainings and Consultancy services in countries all across the globe, including but not limited to :South Africa, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, The Netherlands and The United Kingdom.
