Thenny Mejia has over 2 decades of diverse experience ranging from setting up medical centers in the USA, as well as being the pioneer in healthcare BPOs and KPOs in India to also be known as the PR guru in the luxury space. With over 25 years in the ITES KPO/BPO Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space, she has helped this particular industry in India grow exponentially, creating thousands of successful professionals. She has been instrumental in linking Applications with Technology very effectively.Her illustrious track record in Leadership, Management, and Operational Experience that has helped several mid-size companies scale up beyond their vision.

Since the past decade she has been associated with various Non- Profit Organizations, such WWF, Feeling India, and Kushii, to raise money and social awareness of various charitable and social causes and work inclusively with various stakeholders to ensure value driven programs. She has invaluable CSR expertise and knowledge that has been built over years of having worked on ground.

An ardent believer in Pay-it-Forward, she is deeply committed to working with corporates, charitable foundations and global companies to roll out effective and innovative CSR programs. For over 10 years, apart from working and consulting for various companies in the Healthcare and IT sector, she is running a very successful marketing, business development, and PR company that caters to luxury brands mainly in the fashion industry, hospitality and high end real estate.

Presently, she is focusing on building her own RCM company in India and USA.
