Presenter Bio

Vandana has over 21 years of professional experience in the IT industry. She has led several complex, multi-year transformation programs for Fortune 100 customers in Europe and US in the Retail, Manufacturing and Retail Banking domain.

Before joining Temenos, she was heading the Agile Transformation Initiative at TCS. In this role, she and her team has built capability on Agile by training 140,000+ people, created Facilitators and Coaches through various internal and external coaching programs, coached several Agile teams, and created Change Leaders through Leadership Coaching and Training.

She is a firm believer in the power of both individuals and teams. She is also passionate about inspiring people to bring about positive change in their professional and personal lives.
