Together with her partner Patrick Steyaert, Arlette developed Okaloa Flowlab, a suite of business simulations used to stimulate agile thinking. Together with Patrick she succeeded to create a world-wide network of trainers and coaches that use Okaloa Flowlab in their day-to-day teaching and coaching.
