Koti has a overall experience of about 20+ years and been into agile world since agile manifesto ever started. Currently working as a agility change agent at Optum, Hyderabad. Very passionate volunteer working closely with PMI India as a PMI India senior champion to promote the agile project management. He has an extensive experience on agile coaching, consulting and trainings and he has trained about 5000+ people in IT on various agile frameworks. He is AKT, SPC and a PST candidate. He is also a PHD scholar in management science from JNTU.
