Rajat heads the India Operations & Delivery for Trantor Inc, a leading software services company headquartered in Menlo Park, CA. Rajat brings combination of a technical and a business leadership to the organization. He has established, managed and grown offshore centers for global services delivery of technology and marketing solutions.
At Trantor, he is directly involved in all aspects of our technology offering, focusing heavily on building teams and processes that scale for global clients. He has lead the growth of the Company from 40+ people to more than 600 employees in last 5 years. Prior to Trantor, Rajat has held key management positions at ITBD, FIS, and SmartData Enterprises. He is an active mentor to few IT startups in the Chandigarh Tri City region and has mentored them to scale their operations effectively to achieve multi million dollars of annual revenue.
Rajat is also an active member & supporter of Agile Chandigarh (local chapter of Scrum Alliance) & OWASP communities.
Outside his professional life, Rajat is personally involved in Healthcare and Educational activities undertaken by his Non-Profit Organization. His other passions include photography, music, food & travel and fast cars.
