Shankar, heads Delivery Operations at Appster. He comes with 20+ years of experience in the global information technology industry, primarily focusing on Digital Transformation of Businesses. At Appster LLP (An Australia based startup), he led the complete Agile / Lean transformation and setup Rapid Agile methodology framework addressing key business needs for Appster. Prior to Appster, he was instrumental in designing and setting up Agile Practices at IGT (Interglobe Technologies Ltd.) His experience spans key functions such as corporate strategy, customer relationship management and operations management. Shankar thrives in bringing a customer’s idea into reality by building a world class product with the help of an innovative team which thrives on delivery and quality excellence. He has previously worked with GE, Toshiba, IGT etc. heading multi million dollars programs / verticals.
Shankar holds a Masters in Computer Management from University of Pune.
