Sudipta (Sudi) is a 20 year IT industry veteran, and throughout his career, has been working with leading services providers like Wipro, HCL Technologies and i2 and is responsible for Digite's product development. Prior to joining Digite, Sudi was handling the offshore services organization for i2. At i2, he was responsible for its Americas delivery organization. He was also responsible for Retail, Logistics and Technology Infrastructure practices. Sudi also led the QMG initiative for the i2 India services organization. Before i2, Sudi spent 10 years with HCL Technologies. At HCLT, he played multiple roles - from services delivery to leading sales teams. Sudi was responsible for HCLT America's Insurance vertical.
Sudi began his career as a Wipro professional ,where he worked for 5 years in different roles across geographies. Sudi holds a Master's degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras.
Design Thinking: an approach for transformation
In this talk, we discuss how Design Thinking (DT) approach helps create a journey for Lean-Agile transformation.
A common challenge that organisations face is where and how to start the transformation process. Sometimes, organisations are midway in the process but one needs to reinvigorate the transformation journey. Design thinking helps define a structured approach of how one can one go about this process. It helps us understand how to assess the current state and emerge viable alternatives for taking the transformation process to the next step.
We understand the DT process and how it maps to the needs about transformation process. We understand how the output of the DT process can be mapped to the Lean-Agile transformation objective.
