Driven by the passion of making a difference in the society by my contribution, She has been working with a people-centric product-based organisation CatalystOne Info Solutions Pvt Ltd. as a Director. She was the first employee here in India and now it’s been 10 plus years and grown the company to the size of 130+ employees.
She is ICAgile ATF, Scrum Alliance CSM as well as ICAgile Business Agility Foundation trained. She is active in Agile community since 2013. Started as a participant in Agile conferences, followed by discussions and now contributing to many conferences across world. She has a strong vision towards taking agility into multiple domains beyond software industry. She contributed in the inaugural conference of Business Agility Institute in New York, as a reviewer in Agile India 2018. She co-owns Agile Chandigarh conference 2018, where the purpose was to bring that innovation culture and agile way of growing organisations, in Chandigarh, towards a sustainable success.
Now, she is moving towards making some framework to help kids to think beyond examinations. The key problem she is working on is to convert knowledge into experience, to sustain it better. She has never waited for the opportunities, but created the same for self as well as others. Afterall, sharing is caring and that's what she takes pride in.
