Persona Poker - A Shot In The Arm For Transformation Agents

Session Overview

In any Change Initiative, Change leaders/ agents have to work with a variety of personalities. To make the change effective, these personalities must be influenced and aligned towards valuable overall outcomes. The real challenge here is motivational drives of personalities are invisible. The first step, therefore, is to recognize the personalities along with their attributes. In this workshop we will facilitate a poker like game to help participants identify Personas in the real-world. Based on the Personas, real world approaches to influence them so that their motivational needs are addressed will be discussed.
