Ravindra Elicherla is currently working as Director, Product Development in ADP, Hyderabad with main focus on building HR Tech products. He has 21 years of experience in IT. He earlier worked as VP, Technology and Operations in DBS bank leading enterprise DevOps, Cloud adoption and Agile practices. During his stint in Tesco, Bengaluru as Head of Software Development he gained broad range of expertise in retail related to Loyalty Program, Data Warehousing, Forecasting, Market Place and buyer & supplier applications and collaboration platforms. His stint at international locations Australia, Brazil, UK and USA has helped him gaining knowledge on how Technology is used in various cultures. He is passionate about new technologies and has hands-on experience in UI/UX, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning. He did his M.Tech in Production Engineering and completed Retail Certification from IIM-B and Tesco. He did his Senior Management Program from IIM C in 2014.
