Swami Atmashraddhananda, a monk of the Ramakrishna Order, is the secretary of Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Kanpur.
He joined the Ramakrishna Order in 1989 and was initiated into Sannyasa in 1999.
He was in Bangalore and Mysuru Ramajrishna Ashramas for 13 years and in Chennai Ramakrishna Math for 12 years, besides Belur Math near Kolkata where he taught in the Monastic Probationers' Training Center for 2 years.
He was the guide for Vivekananda study circle of IIT Madras for 12 years. He is the former editor of the hundred-year-old spiritual and cultural monthly of Ramakrishna Math, The Vedanta Kesari; and is known for his reflective writing and speaking style. He has authored a number of books covering Vedanta philosophy and Indian culture.
He conducts a weekly meditation class at Vivekananda Samiti of IIT, Kanpur.
