Varun is a seasoned product and technology leader with proven expertise in agile product development and in the delivery of complex cross-functional business-critical programs at various kinds of organisational setups — from IT Services giants to small & medium sized Start-Ups — from MNCs to Indian IT Setups — from very process oriented to very execution driven cultures. From last few years, he has been part of India’s Consumer Internet growth story and has been privileged to watch it unfold from very close quarters.
His association with Snapdeal, Zomato, UpGrad, and Freecharge has allowed him to take an inclusive view on the Indian Startup ecosystem. He frequently shares his vocal and written opinion on myriad of subjects both within Academia and Industry. That said, the one thing that helps us make the right choice is our very own brain — the power to think.
