Workshop Title

The Modern Manager's Playbook: Innovation, Execution & Leadership in the Age of AI

Workshop Overview

What does it take to be a great manager when AI is changing the way we think, work and lead?

This highly interactive workshop introduces a 5-Pillar Modern Manager's Playbook for navigating today's business environment—Think Strategically, Innovate Continuously, Make Smart Decisions, Execute & Enable, and Measure What Matters.

Then the theory stops.

Working in teams, participants will tackle a real-world business dilemma, make decisions under constraints, leverage AI and technology, and build a practical management playbook. Each team will then step into the boardroom and pitch its solution to a CEO panel, defending its strategy, innovation, leadership approach, execution plan and expected impact.

No passive learning. No case-study spectators. Think like a manager. Decide like a leader. Execute like a business owner.
