Avinash started his career just after the Y2K scare. And from then on, at the risk of sounding clichéd, the only thing that he has observed as a constant in almost every industry and in fact, in life itself, is change.

Avinash is working as an AVP - Product Management at Genpact. He is currently one of the Product Managers on Genpact’s in-house learning platform -Genome - responsible for deriving insights from learner behavior. He is also responsible for championing Agile adoption across a multi-disciplinary cross functional team. Previously, he has worked with some brilliant minds at BCG, ThoughtWorks and GlobalLogic solving complex problems in Marketing Effectiveness, Parts Merchandising, and Fraud Detection.

The Agile Manifesto itself has almost been a talisman that he has used time and again to check whether they were doing the right thing, and whether they were doing it right. Be it parenting or home renovations, he is unable to come across a situation where these timeless principles cannot be applied.
