Rajeev has rich and varied experience of leading the technology function in the corporate world for 24 years after having served in the Armed Forces for two decades. He, therefore, has strong skills in technology management, organisation development, and business change management, with intuitive underlying focus on data security, business continuity and risk management. Most importantly, he has a very effective style of leadership.

Rajeev is a Director and co-founder of Digital Futurists Angels Network. In his most recent assignment of 12 years with EY (Ernst & Young) India as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) he built a stable, innovative Technology Function meeting complex business requirements. He was tasked with providing cost effective solutions in emerging technologies empowering a highly mobile workforce of more than 20,000 skilled professionals spread over 10 cities in the country, with compliance to global and local regulations, data privacy and security. Success in India lead to Rajeev being made additionally responsible for Technology Services in EY Middle East and Africa regions comprising 45 countries, and was inducted as a member of the global EY Technology Extended Leadership Team.
