He has experience of setting-up and leading new functions by aligning purpose, building strategies, organisation design & improving people capabilities. He is employed with NatWest Bank since 2007 and gained experience in implementing scaled Agile, DevOps & Lean Portfolio Management within large scale global teams. Sushil is passionate about mentoring and coaching. He has mentored Young Entrepreneurs in organisation to develop new products & develop innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.
