Agile is a framework that can be applicable to perhaps all walks of life. If you have a goal, then you can apply Agile. We have seen enough material in the last two decades about the different styles of managing projects and products. However, very few really practically help us navigate our day to day work in high performing teams. What should it look like in the new age ? We have a lot of Fintech companies and a lot of buzz about crypto/metaverse and web 3. How should we navigate these waters...perhaps hybrid the way! But yes, within Hybrid is way of the future. What are existing pros and cons and how is Hybrid successful in the blockchain space? Now how does the further evolve with more and more direct human intervention with machines using AL/ML. With the advent of AR/VR/Metaverse/Metacities/Meta avatars what can we expect and how to become ready ? The key is to really understand and critical question whether a process is enabling a function or a delivery or just adding dead weight.
