Janmejay Rai (or Jay, a nickname given to him by his wife during their engineering days), has 13 yrs. of exp. in the IT industry and comes from a strong programming background with Ruby on Rails (RoR) as his core technical expertise. He has worked in various roles ranging from a developer, DevOps engineer, technical project manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and many more. He is a B.Tech. (Electrical Engg.) graduate of the 2009 batch from Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow.

He holds multiple certifications under his hat and some of them are: ICP-ACC Agile Coach, DevOps Certified Culture Trainer (DCCT), DevOps Architect, Certified SAFe 4.0 specialist, Certified Scrum Professional – Scrum Master (CSP – SM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP), Kanban System Design & Kanban Management Professional (KMP – I & II), Certified Big Data & Hadoop Developer, Certified Git Version Control Professional, Certified in Scaled Professional Scrum using Nexus (SPS) and currently pursuing CEH Master (Certified Ethical Hacker) from EC Council.

Jay is also a trainer and has provided multiple training to corporates like Aon Hewit, Moglix Software, Innovative Learning (US), CGI (Computer Graphics of India), Coforge (former NIIT), pWC, DXC, CTS, Accenture, and many more.

In his free time, Jay likes watching cricket, listening to songs, spending time with his wife and kid, driving his car, and lots & lots of eating. He is a big-time foodie and an avid street food lover.
