Mohit has more than two decades of professional experience in delivering IT solutions for financial products/services of various financial institutions like ANZ, Credit Suisse, SCB and RBS/Natwest Group. Mohit possesses more than a decade of lean agile delivery experience and has led many transformation projects. Mohit is currently acting as Business Agility Transformation Lead and Product Owner of Metrics and reporting platforms. Mohit is certified SAFe Program Consultant, Scrum Master, Leankit Coach and has trained 500+ people across all levels in organisation in Natwest so far on Scaled Agile and has enabled teams to continuously improve by adoption of Metrics, etc. Mohit has been a Ways Of Working evangelist to facilitate teams to adopt new ways of working and digitized tools like Leankit, Mural,etc. Mohit represented RBS/Natwest group in Agile NCR awards in 2019 and bagged 2nd runner up award for RBS/Natwest.
