Mohit has more than two decades of professional experience in delivering IT solutions for financial products/services of various financial institutions like ANZ, Credit Suisse, SCB and RBS/Natwest Group. Mohit possess more than a decade of lean agile delivery experience and has led many transformation programmes. Mohit is currently acting as Product Owner of Metrics Reporting platforms and facilitating organisation to meet required Governance and Reporting measures across Franchise. Mohit is certified SAFe Program Consultant, Scrum Master, Leankit Coach and has trained 500+ people across all levels in organisation in Natwest so far on Scaled Agile and has enabled teams to continuously improve by adoption of Metrics, etc. Mohit has been Ways Of Working evangelist to facilitate teams to adopt new ways of working , improving processes and delivery efficiency. Mohit is also championing adoption of digitised tools like Agileplace/Leankit, Mural, Office 365. Mohit represented RBS/Natwest group in Agile NCR awards in 2019 and bagged 2nd runner up award for RBS/Natwest.
