BEYOND TRANSACTIONS - FOSTERING BUSINESS AGILITY WITH CUSTOMER CENTRICITY
Business Agility has been needed in this fast paced era to allow customers to get value early and with acceptable quality standards. We have been observing organizations to focus on agility from bottom to top in the last decade post SAFE framework is getting socialized. However, there is a deliberate need to embed customer centricity to support good progress made on adoption of agility from bottom to top.
We would like to share my experience around how customer centricity has been used to facilitate a) pace up the adoption of business agility, 2) reduce or eliminate foreseen blockers to sustaining business agility. 3) Navigating through possible failures with help of case study as well to call out some of the common challenge areas which generally impacts business agility.
