Sanjit is an experienced Agile practitioner with nearly two decades of expertise in Agile delivery and transformation. With a diverse background spanning across domains such as banking, edtech, heavy industries, food processing, and telecom, Sanjit brings lots of varied insights to his work.

Having delivered trainings to over 1000 individuals across India, Vietnam, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia, Sanjit is passionate about spreading agile principles and empowering teams to embrace agile ways of working. He has been a featured speaker at meetups and conferences in India, sharing his experiences and insights with the Agile community.

He is a frequent conference speaker and institutional trainer in India and in the Middle East. Currently, Sanjit is a Transformation Consultant and also serves as the Business Operations Head for Agile Consulting & Transformations at Xebia, where he continues to drive Agile adoption and guide teams and organizations in their Agile transformation journeys.
